Evaporaria, 2014

One day I spotted a stain on a ceramic bathroom tile. The stain had evaporated but the traces it had left behind intrigued me. The beauty in the banal and coincidental triggered this series of drawings. In these works I have fused prints of evaporated soap and ink stain with graphite drawings on paper.
